Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If the
Director General considers that any of the conditions imposed under
section 20(1) should be varied, revoked or added to, he or she shall
serve notice on the plate holder specifying the variation, revocation or
addition and the variation, revocation or addition shall take effect
30 days after service of the notice.
(2) Where a plate
holder is aggrieved by a decision of the Director General under
subsection (1) that person may apply to the State Administrative Tribunal
for a review of the Director General’s decision.
