Board are —
(a) to
keep the Minister informed as to the state of the taxi industry;
(b) to
develop policies and plans for the improvement of the taxi industry; and
(c) when
requested by the Minister, to advise the Minister in relation to applications
for grants from moneys standing to the credit of the Taxi Industry Development
Account.
