Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts If as a result of the
coming into operation of this Act a person has ceased to be entitled to a
right, privilege or benefit to which the person was, or might have been,
entitled immediately before the commencement day the Minister may —
(a)
permit the person to exercise the right;
(b)
grant the person the privilege; or
(c) pay
the benefit to the person.
