investigation under section 11 of the GES Act or section 30 of the
S&FB Act commenced before the commencement day but as at that day a report
on the results of the investigation has not been received by the Board, the
actuary is to continue the investigation and report on it as if it were an
investigation under section 17 of the State Superannuation Act 2000
.
