STATE SUPERANNUATION ACT 2000 - SECT 8

8 .         Composition of the Board

        (1)         The Board comprises 7 directors of whom — 

            (a)         one is to be appointed by the Governor as chairman on the nomination of the Minister; and

            (b)         3 are to be appointed by the Governor as Employer directors; and

            (c)         3 are to be elected in accordance with the regulations as Member directors.

        (2)         Schedule 1 has effect.
