Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Board must
obtain the approval of the Minister before it forms or acquires a subsidiary.
(2) The Minister must
not give approval under subsection (1) except with the Treasurer’s
concurrence.
(3) When seeking
approval under subsection (1) the Board must give to the Minister a copy
of the subsidiary’s constitution or proposed constitution, as the case
requires.
