Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) If the
constitution of MutualCo or TrustCo does not contain express provisions
compliance with which would necessarily involve compliance with a provision
set out in the Table to this subsection, the constitution is to be taken to
include the provision set out in the Table.

The registered office and principal place of business of the company must be
located in Western Australia. |

More than half of the directors of the company must be ordinarily
resident in Western Australia. |
(2) To the extent that
they are governed by this section, the constitutions of MutualCo and TrustCo
are declared to be excluded matters for the purposes of the Corporations Act
section 5F in relation to the whole of the Corporations legislation to
which Part 1.1A of that Act applies.
