Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person aggrieved
by a decision of the Board may apply to the Board to have the decision
reviewed and the Board is to review the decision.
(2) A person cannot
apply to the Board under subsection (1) more than once in relation to the
same decision.
(3) A person aggrieved
by a decision of the Board on a review under subsection (1)
may —
(a) if
the decision relates to a superannuation scheme continued by
section 29(1)(c) or (d), apply to the State Administrative Tribunal
for a review of the decision; or
(b) in
any case, refer the matter for independent review by a prescribed person or
body.
(4) A referral under
subsection (3)(b) is to be made and dealt with in accordance with
the regulations.
(5) The decision on
review is to be given effect according to its tenor.
