STATE SUPERANNUATION ACT 2000 - SECT 10

10 .         Meetings, procedures and common seal

        (1)         Schedule 2 has effect.

        (2)         The common seal of the Board is to be —

            (a)         in a form determined by the Board; and

            (b)         kept in safe custody as the Board directs; and

            (c)         used only as authorised by the Board.
