1.         A body established by section 4(1) of the Electricity Corporations Act 2005 , namely —

                  (i)         the Electricity Generation Corporation;

                  (ii)         the Electricity Networks Corporation;

                  (iii)         the Electricity Retail Corporation; and

                  (iv)         the Regional Power Corporation.

2.         The Water Corporation established by the Water Corporation Act 1995 .
