Commission are —
(a) the
person who is the Auditor General, or who is acting in that office, under
the Auditor General Act 2006 ;
(b) the
person who is the Information Commissioner, or who is acting in that office,
under the FOI Act;
(c) the
person who is the Parliamentary Commissioner for Administrative
Investigations, or who is acting in that office, under the Parliamentary
Commissioner Act 1971 ; and
(d) a
person, appointed by the Governor, who has experience in record keeping and
who is not a public service officer within the meaning of the
Public Sector Management Act 1994 .
