Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The Commission may
approve or refuse to approve a government organization’s draft record
keeping plan.
(2) If
the Commission refuses to approve a draft plan it must give its reasons
for doing so to the government organization concerned.
(3) If a government
organization’s draft plan is refused approval the organization must
submit another draft plan to the Director within such time as the Commission
directs.
