Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A government
organization in existence when this Act commences must submit its draft record
keeping plan to the Director.
(2) The Commission, by
order or orders published in the Gazette , is to prescribe the timing of
the progressive introduction after the commencement of this Act of the
requirement in subsection (1).
(3) The Commission
must ensure that subsection (1) is complied with by all government
organizations within 2 years after principles and standards first come into
operation under section 61(3).
