Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A parliamentary
department may review its record keeping plan at any time.
(2) Not more than 5
years is to elapse between the approval of a parliamentary department’s
record keeping plan and a review of it or between one review and another.
(3) When a
parliamentary department has reviewed its record keeping plan, it must submit
a report of the review to the relevant person under section 12(2).
