Western Australian Consolidated Acts A child is entitled to
be enrolled at a particular government school for each year in which the
child’s pre-compulsory education period falls if —
(a)
there is available for the child at that school —
(i)
an appropriate educational programme; and
(ii)
classroom accommodation;
and
(b) the
enrolment would conform with other criteria prescribed by the regulations for
the purposes of this section.
