Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) The principal of a
government school is to enrol a child at the school if —
(a) an
application is duly made under section 74; and
(b) the
child is entitled under this Division to be enrolled at the school.
(2)
Subsection (1) does not apply if the principal is satisfied
that —
(a) the
child is already enrolled at a school; and
(b) the
period of attendance at the school to which the application relates is likely
to be less than 4 weeks.
(3) In this section
and in section 76 —
child includes a person referred to in
section 74(3).
