Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person who
wishes to enrol a child at a government school is to lodge a completed
application for enrolment with the principal of a government school at which
the child is eligible to be enrolled under this Division.
(2) In
subsection (1) —
person , in relation to a child,
means —
(a) a
parent of the child;
(b) if
the child is a prescribed child, the child; or
(c) a
person whose details have been provided under section 16(1)(b)(ii)(II).
(3) A person who has
turned 18 who wishes to enrol at a government school is to lodge a completed
application for enrolment with the principal of a government school for which
an approval has been given to the person under section 81.
(4) The application is
to be made in a form approved by the chief executive officer.
(5) A person cannot be
required to provide information under this section unless the information is
prescribed under section 16.
