SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 70

70 .         Consultation with Council

                If a school has a Council the principal is to consult the Council on — 

            (a)         a general policy concerning the use in school activities of prayers, songs and material referred to in section 68(2)(b); and

            (b)         the implementation of section 69(2).
