SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 55

55 .         Establishment

        (1)         The Minister may establish such government schools as the Minister considers necessary for the provision of public education.

        (2)         The Minister may — 

            (a)         assign a name and classification to; and

            (b)         change the name or classification of,

                a government school.
