Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Minister may
designate as an attendance officer —
(a) any
person who comes within a class of employees referred to in
section 235(1)(a) or (c);
(b) any
person who is employed in the department principally assisting the Minister in
the administration of Part 4; and
(c) a
member of the teaching staff of a government or a non-government school.
