SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 213
213 . Terms used
In this Division
—
joint arrangement means an arrangement entered
into by the Minister for purposes that are complementary and beneficial to the
purposes of school education and which involves any or all of the following
—
(a)
enabling any property vested in the Minister to be used for the purposes of
the arrangement ( joint use property );
(b)
controlling and managing the use of joint use property for the purposes of the
arrangement;
(c)
sharing the use of joint use property for the purposes of the arrangement and
for the purposes of school education;
property means property of every kind, whether
real or personal, tangible or intangible, corporeal or incorporeal, and any
interest in property.
