SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 167A
167A . No new enrolments while a direction is outstanding
A governing body of a
registered school that has been given a direction is to ensure that no
children are accepted for enrolment at the school until the direction is
withdrawn under section 166(5).
Penalty: a fine of $10 000.
