SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 156A
156A . Schools to be conducted in accordance with registered information
The governing body of
a registered school must ensure that the school —
(a) is
not conducted under a name other than the name recorded in the register in
respect of the school; and
(b) is
not conducted from any place other than the school premises recorded in the
register in respect of the school; and
(c) does
not provide a year level of education other than a year level of education
recorded in the register in respect of the school; and
(d) does
not provide a curriculum other than a curriculum recorded in the register in
respect of the school.
Penalty: a fine of $10 000 and a daily penalty of
$100.
