SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 124

124 .         Terms used

                In this Subdivision —

        incorporated association has the same meaning as in the Associations Incorporation Act 2015 section 3;

        school means a government school and includes, where section 125(2) applies, all relevant government schools.
