SCHOOL EDUCATION ACT 1999 - SECT 102
102 . Charges etc. to be paid to principal
(1) The following are
payable to the principal of a government school —
(a)
charges determined and approved under section 99 in relation to the school;
and
(b)
costs of the extra cost optional components of the school’s educational
programme.
(2) If a person wishes
to make a contribution that has been determined and approved under section 99,
the contribution is to be collected by the school’s principal for the
purposes of the school.
