SURVEILLANCE DEVICES ACT 1998 - SECT 4A
4A . State police working for Australian Crime Commission
A power under this Act
may be exercised in a person’s capacity as a member of the police force
of the State even if the person is also a member of the staff of the
Australian Crime Commission.
