Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Questions about a
convicted person put to that person or any other person shall not be taken to
relate to a spent conviction or the charge to which the conviction relates.
(2) A rule of common
law or equity, or a provision of an agreement or arrangement, that requires
the disclosure or acknowledgment of matters relating to a convicted person
does not require the disclosure or acknowledgment of a spent conviction or the
charge to which the conviction relates.
