168 . Rules of court, making
Whenever by this or
any other Act it is provided expressly or in effect that the Supreme Court or
the judges of the Court may make rules, such power may be exercised at any
time and from time to time, and may be exercised by a majority of the judges
at a meeting for that purpose, and shall be deemed to include the power to
alter, annul, or add rules, and to prescribe, alter, annul, or add forms.
