SUPREME COURT ACT 1935 - SECT 13
13 . Oath of office
Before a person who is
appointed to an office referred to in section 6(3), or to the office of judge
of appeal, Chief Justice or President, performs any function of the office, he
or she shall take before the Governor, or some person authorised for the
purpose by the Governor, an oath or affirmation in the form set out in the
Second Schedule.
