SHIPPING AND PILOTAGE ACT 1967 - SECT 11

11 .         Offences

                Any person who —

            (a)         fails to comply with any order or direction of a harbour master given or made under the powers conferred by section 5, 6 or 7; or

            (ba)         fails to comply with any order or direction of the CEO or a controlling authority given or made under the powers conferred by section 5 or 6 as applied by section 6A; or

            (b)         unlawfully interferes with any mooring, beacon, buoy, light or other port, boat harbour or mooring control area facility; or

            (c)         deposits or removes earth or spoil within a port, boat harbour or mooring control area beneath high water mark,

                commits an offence.

        Penalty:$12 000.
