Other notes

1         The designation of Ministers may be altered by the Governor under the Alterations of Statutory Designations Act 1974 . As at the date of this compilation the former Minister for Agriculture is known as the Minister for Agriculture and Food.

2         Repealed by the Conservation and Land Management Act 1984 s. 147.

3         Repealed by the Acts Amendment and Repeal (Statutory Bodies) Act 1985 .
