SOIL AND LAND CONSERVATION ACT 1945 - SECT 45
45 . Commencing proceedings
(1) Any prosecution or
other proceeding under this Act or the regulations may be commenced either by
the Minister or by the Commissioner, or by any officer under the Commissioner
duly authorised by the Commissioner in that behalf either generally or in any
particular case.
(2) The production of
a certificate that the person named therein is an officer authorised by the
Commissioner under this section, either generally or specially, shall be prima
facie evidence that the person named therein is an officer and of the extent
of the authorisation under which the person acts.
