SOIL AND LAND CONSERVATION ACT 1945 - SECT 38
38 . Discharge of notice
(1) A notice
discharging a soil conservation notice may be served by the Commissioner under
this section if the soil conservation notice has been fully complied with or
is no longer necessary, or any other just cause exists for discharging it.
(2) A person who is
bound by a soil conservation notice may from time to time apply in writing to
the Commissioner to have the notice discharged pursuant to subsection (1).
(3) The Commissioner
shall consider an application made under subsection (2) and notify the
applicant of the Commissioner’s decision.
