SOIL AND LAND CONSERVATION ACT 1945 - SECT 25E
25E . Application of Financial Management Act 2006 and Auditor General Act 2006
(1) The provisions of
the Financial Management Act 2006 and the Auditor General Act 2006 regulating
the financial administration, audit and reporting of departments apply to and
in respect of the Department and its operations under this Act.
(a)
include in its annual report the report required to be made to the accountable
authority of that department by the Commissioner under section 25F; and
(ab)
include in its annual report the text of any direction given by the Minister
under section 25C(4); and
(b)
include in its annual estimates the estimates required to be made to the
accountable authority of that department by the Commissioner under
section 25G.
