SUPERANNUATION AND FAMILY BENEFITS ACT 1938 - SECT 75

75 .         Payment of pension instalments

        (1)         Pensions shall be paid in fortnightly instalments.

        (2)         In order to ascertain the amount of an instalment of a pension covering a period of a fortnight the annual pension shall be divided by 26 8 .
