Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Except where
otherwise provided in this Act, a pension shall be payable during the life of
the person entitled thereto.
(2) Pensions in
respect of children who are under the age of 16 years shall be payable
until they attain, or die before attaining, that age, and in respect of
student children, until they cease to be student children within the meaning
of this Act.
