Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where pensions in
respect of children are payable under this Act to a widow, the pensions shall,
if the widow dies, be payable to the guardians of the children.
(2) Notwithstanding
anything contained in this Act, any money payable out of the Fund in respect
of a child who is under the age of 16 years or is a student child may, at
the discretion of the Board, be paid to the guardian of the child or expended
by the Board for the benefit of the child.
