Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where a
contributor who attains the age of 65 years on or after the coming into
operation of this section is continued in service after attaining that age, he

receive benefits under this subsection, receive until he retires from service
the amount of pension to which he would be entitled if he had so retired at
that age, less the amount of the share of the pension that the State would be
required to credit to the Fund under this Act had the contributor so retired
at that age.
(2) Where a
contributor who made an election under subsection (1) retires before
attaining the age of 66 years, he shall be paid an amount equal to the
aggregate of the amounts that he would have received under subsection (1)
if he had not made that election.
