Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Voluntary
termination of service (however expressed) by a contributor, who is not
entitled to retire on pension, or by a qualified contributor, shall be deemed
to be resignation.
(2) A female employee
who marries shall for the purposes of this Act, be deemed to have resigned on
the date of her marriage, unless she is continued in service upon her
marriage.
