Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts This Act shall not
(except insofar as it expressly or impliedly indicates a contrary intention)
affect the provisions of the Superannuation
Act 1871 (35 Vict oriae No. 7) 2 in relation to employees employed
at the commencement of this Act but no person who becomes an employee after
the commencement of this Act shall be eligible for any benefit, under the said
Act notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in the said Act.
