Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts Where the salary of a
contributor is or has been reduced from one salary-group to another
salary-group the Board may, upon application by the contributor, reduce the
number of units of pension in respect of which he shall contribute to the
number appropriate to the salary-group to which his salary has been reduced,
and any contributions paid by him prior to such reduction in respect of units
in excess of the reduced number shall be credited as contributions in respect
of the reduced pension or be refunded to him as the Board may determine.
