Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A farming land
conditional contract is —
(a) a
general conditional contract that is solely or principally for the sale of
farming land as defined in section 75D(1); or
(b) a
primary produce contract.
(2) A contract is a
primary produce contract if —
(a) it
is solely or principally for the sale of farming land as defined in
section 75D(1); and
(b)
completion of the contract is affected by or subject to an activity that
constitutes primary production as defined in section 75D(1).
