Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts The Commissioner may
exempt from ad valorem duty any deed of gift, conveyance, transfer, settlement
or other instrument operating as a voluntary disposition of property, or any
conveyance on the purchase of property, if the Commissioner is satisfied that
it has been made for the purposes of a university or for charitable or similar
public purposes.
