RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1987 - SECT 90
90 . Review of Act
(1) The Minister shall
carry out, or cause to be carried out, a review of the operation of this Act
as soon as practicable after the expiration of 5 years from the coming into
operation of Part 3 of the Real Estate Legislation Amendment Act 1995 .
(2) The Minister shall
prepare a report based on the Minister’s review of this Act and shall as
soon as practicable after the preparation thereof, cause the report to be laid
before each House of Parliament.
