Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts No person shall except
under an order of a competent court enter premises or any part of premises of
which a person has possession as a tenant under an agreement or a former
tenant holding over after termination of an agreement for the purpose of
recovering possession of the premises or part of the premises, whether entry
is effected peaceably or otherwise.
Penalty: $4 000.
