Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) Where the owner
under an agreement believes that the tenant has abandoned the premises, the
owner may apply to a competent court for an order declaring that the tenant
has abandoned the premises.
(2) A court may, upon
application by an owner under this section, declare that the premises were
abandoned by the tenant on a day specified by the court and the tenant shall
be deemed to have abandoned the premises on that day.
