Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A competent court
may, upon application by the owner under an agreement, terminate the agreement
if it is satisfied that the tenant has intentionally or recklessly caused or
permitted, or is likely intentionally or recklessly to cause or permit,
serious damage to the premises or injury to the owner or his agent or any
person in occupation of or permitted on adjacent premises.
(2) Where a court
terminates an agreement under this section, it shall also make an order for
possession of the premises of immediate effect.
