Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) It is a term of
every agreement —
(a) that
the tenant shall have quiet enjoyment of the premises without interruption by
the owner or any person claiming by, through or under the owner or having
superior title to that of the owner;
(b) that
the owner shall not cause or permit any interference with the reasonable
peace, comfort or privacy of the tenant in the use by the tenant of the
premises; and
(c) that
the owner shall take all reasonable steps to enforce the obligation of any
other tenant of the owner in occupation of adjacent premises not to cause or
permit any interference with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of the
tenant in the use by the tenant of the premises.
(2) In this section
premises includes chattels provided with the premises (whether under the
agreement or not) for use by the tenant.
