RESIDENTIAL TENANCIES ACT 1987 - SECT 39

39 .         Tenant’s conduct on premises

                It is a term of every agreement that the tenant — 

            (a)         shall not use the premises, or cause or permit the premises to be used, for any illegal purpose; and

            (b)         shall not cause or permit a nuisance.
