Western Australian Consolidated Acts Western Australian Consolidated Acts (1) A person shall
not, without reasonable excuse, fail to comply with an order under
section 15(2) other than an order for payment of any amount.
Penalty: $2 000.
(2) An order made
under this Act by a competent court may be enforced as if it were a judgment
of that court.
